Ordering Policy

Since each order is custom made, please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for us to make your items. The opening order amount is $300 and the minimum re-order amount is $100 - an order less than $100 will incur a $15 handling and processing fee. All orders over $100 are guaranteed free shipping.

International Orders

We accept international Wholesale clients, though we reserve the right not to register/ship to some areas. Note that all international customers are responsible for all custom logistics and fees, duties, taxes and brokerage fees, as well as any other charges incurred at your location. Shipping times will also vary depending on customs, so please note that estimated shipping times do not take this into account.

Return Policy

You will honor a cancelled order prior to production. However, any order made after it has been produced, will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Rush Orders

We also offer rush orders for an additional charge starting at a minimum of $25 and will depend on the order size. Rush timing will also be based on the items and order size. Free shipping will not be applicable for rush orders. To inquire about rush ordering, please contact us.
